In compliance with the provisions of Article 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulations for the protection of personal data) we provide you the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided.
1 - DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is ELBI INTERNATIONAL S.p.A. in the person of own legal representative pro tempore, as lead company of the "Associazione Temporanea di Scopo" (ATS) pertinent the Project "HOME - Hierarchical Open Manufacturing Europe", financed by the Piedmont Region with the POR-FESR 14/20 funds.
2 - TYPE OF TREATED DATA
We collect and treat, through our website, only personal, contact and professional data, entered spontaneously in the "contact form" (surname, name, email).
3 - TREATMENT PURPOSE
We inform you, in accordance with the art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016, that personal data collected through our site will be processed, following a possible completion of the contact form, in order to evaluate the requests or suggestions received, respond to reports, or provide information requests.
ELBI INTERNATIONAL S.p.A. will process the above-mentioned personal data in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data treatment.
The above data will be processed only by specifically authorized internal personnel and trained solely for the purposes described therein regarding the "Home Project".
4 - PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data will be processed with the tools and methods deemed appropriate to protect their security and confidentiality. Their treatment will be carried out either manually or through the use of electronic or automated tools, for which specific protection measures are taken, physical and IT.
5 - TREATMENT DURATION
In general, personal data will be processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User or the purposes described in this document, without prejudice the possibility for the User to request the interruption of data processing or theri deletion (see paragraph 7), and in any case no later than two (2) years.
6 - NATURE OF THE TREATMENT
On this site it is not mandatory to provide personal data as long as it is used for reference purposes only.
The user is free to provide personal data in dedicated areas on the site ("contact form"). The provision of personal data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3) of this information document is necessary to refine the specific features and enjoy the services offered by the Data Controller, for example to receive a feedback to the forwarded information request. Failure to provide personal data may make it impossible to obtain the requested service.
This site uses cookies of a technical nature, in order to speed up the navigation and the web analytics service provided by Google Inc, Google Analytics.
The information generated by cookies on the use of the website by the user will be transmitted and stored on Google's servers.
This integration of Google Analytics makes the user's IP address anonymous.
The information is used by the Data Controller only to track and examine the use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services relating to website activity and use of the website and of internet, in anonymous way.
In any case, the user can disable Google Analytics while browsing using the add-on available for Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera and Safari.
7 - EXERCISE OF THE USER RIGHTS
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same with the Data Controller, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or, where provided by law, to request the integration, cancellation, updating, correction, transformation into anonymous form or block (where treated in violation of the law), and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
8 - TERRITORIALITY
Personal data collected and processed are resident on servers located within the European Union.
9 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Controller reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to adapt it to regulatory developments or other technical reasons without prior notice.
